With your mods, if it were my car, I wouldn't.

The PCM will take too long to warm you up and fuel mileage will suffer. Fuel enrichment mode takes quite a bit more fuel.

This time of year in your climate, a stock 195 or undrilled 180. Summer time a drilled 180.
