i love the L36 power much more then my L27. my girlfriend has the L36 in her 99 grand prix and i love to rag on her car cuz it has that put u in ur seat tq. BUT for some reason is has nothing in the high rpms that my L27 has. maybe im too used to my gutted cat(major loss of low end power) but i wish my car had more tq its been so long since my car has had low end power but i do like the mid to high end power.

Question. Is the 3800 series II intake problem on ALL NA motors from 96-99 or just Bonnevilles?

This is just a guess, but I'd have to say all the 3800 Series II N/A'* have the upper intake problem. The Buick LeSabres, Park Aves, and the Oldsmobile 88'* have the Series II N/A'* (L36) as well as the Bonnies. But then I could be wrong on that one too. Maybe jr's3800, or Dr Jay can shed some light.
