As for any other Bonnie I would want other than mine, I could think of a few.
Sprit of Bonneville
BADSSEi (I like the color)
The bonnie with the diablo doors

i would either have 8 Ball or Zilla. I would like to even have them just for a day to go and show the rice drivers around here what real horse power and real torque look like I would just love to see the look on everyones faces to see cars getting their asses handed to them by lil old person cars(thats what they are referred to as around here)!

That gives me a interesting idea, say what you want of each generation.
I'll start
87-91: Frankenbonnie period
92-95 SE/SLE/SSE (n/a): Pat'* White HOT, it'* nice....
92-95 SSEi/ SLE (*/c): Driverjohn'*, that combination of rims and other things, it'* niiiiiice.
96-99 SE/SLE/SSE (n/a): I would have to say Rob'*, I've never seen cloth bucket seats in a SE before, and I would also like mine too...
96-99 SSEi/SLE (*/c): Sapphire, of course, god that'* the automobile equivalent of Halle Berry, you just want her...
00+ SE/SLE: Gumball, love those rims...
00+ SSEi/GXP: Rogue, of course...
