If you have NO problems, PLEASE fill it out. If by chance you have a problem leave a note on the extent of the problem. A shiny spot on the side of a rocker does not necessarily mean you have a problem. If however, the roller has intruded into the side of the rocker that is a different story. The more information H/* has the quicker they can get a handle on the problem and fix it.
