Default Anyone interested??

Prolly not the right section, so move if necessary...

I am trying to find someone who is willing to custom make me a 3 gauge Pillar Pod...It does not have to be painted or coated...it is going to be painted to color match my car anyhow! I have seen there are several members here at BC that have done this and they all look nice...I'll pay you for your time! If anyone is interested please help me out! As most of you all know I have my Bonne under complete reconstruction and this will be a beautiful touch! Help please!

*EDIT* This is for a 00+ model SSEi

I've done 'em too, as has tripscarcare.

Find (link) a source for a 3 gauge pod. Do you have a spare pillar to donate to the cause? I'm a wiz with fiberglass. My 'knee pod' should show that.

I think it would be best for you to get the triple pod, hold it up to your pillar in the exact location and angle you want, mark the pillar to show this, and ship the pair together to whoever does the work.

Ok...2 questions

1. are you interested in this if I do so? and how much $$ for you to do this for me

2. where exactly would I come across some gauge pods for this?

1. I would be, but I'm having surgery on my right hand on Wednesday which will put me out of work like this for awhile. In addition, I've never made a dime other than return shipping off any work I've done for members, and I pride myself in that.

2. Ebay. Universal pillar pods would be a good search starting point.

I would do it for you for the cost of return shipping, but I can't gaurantee turnaround time. I have manifolds and superchargers to port for myself and other members, as well as a motor to pull, swap stuff over, and reinstall. I'm not saying you'd be at the end of the line, but you'd be used to 'fill in' at times.

What'* your timeframe?

well I greatly appreciate you doing this pretty much as a favor, but no matter what I will compensate you for your time! Thats just how I work! And I pretty much have as long as it takes...As long as its done by.... March? thats Probably when EVERYTHING is going to be getting detailed and ready to hit the streets, so I'd like to get that and get my gauges put in! Let me know if this is do-able
