Their defense is that it does have real fruit juice in it. 
My god we have gotten so bad that the only thing to drink in the fridge is beer, Jacks Hard Cola and left over wine coolers.

Your body needs plenty of fluid during the day. Since this does have real fruit it it, it falls into the "good for you" category.
So drink up and enjoy, and repeat if necessary.
