Faster how? Off the line? or an open road high speed run?

Off the line, it would be pretty close all of them, but only Todd and go past governor speed since he has a custom PCM, none of those cars are able to go past 128 mph. Does Bullet?

I have reached 140mph, so has Bill, Todd has too.

Silver has a DHP so if its done right he should be able to past 128 as well.

That 399 was before your PCM, so i'm assuming you're over 400 now Todd.

Todd also has the longest rev range.
