As anti-dealer as I am ... I found & bought mine at a dealer, actually through AutoTrader.com. Heck of a deal, too!

saw it at dealer two weeks before i bought it. thought it was just an SSE cuz of the 6-spoke wheels. 12 days later, i was browsing the local newspaper and I saw it was an SSEi that had descent miles and good price... another two days later, high 12 second mustang is gone, bonnie is in garage...

My neighbor had it for sale. I didn't know anything about cars back then and didn't even recognize it was a bonneville until i saw the SSE badge, and I knew that was a good thing so i took a closer look.

I bought the 91 from a body shop that just bought the car in that had minor damage which they were going to fix and sell for a whole lot more. I bought it at a great price.

The 94 I bought from a guy across the street who is a car hauler and all he gets all kinds of deals. We got a good deal from him also. When he gets home we look at the cars to see if any bonnies. He recently had a nice SSEi but someone bought it before we could even go look at it.

Dealer for me. I was looking for either a GMC Yukon GT or an SSEi...I found the GMC but they wouldn't deal (until I had already signed on the dotted line for the B-ville). I couldn't find an SSEi, but I did find the SESC (rare). I bought it as a second choice, but I am glad I did. After reading up on what I could have owned, the GMC had major trans problems. No problems with my Bonneville, and the love keeps growing due to my appreciation for its rarity and comfort/performance.
