Default Bonneville Bra

I was wodering if you can just buy the top part of bra'* that cover the hood and not the full bra. Or do you have to buy a 2 peice bra and just use the top half? Any links would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Yeah you can but I wouldn't recommend it since it will eventually ruin the paint if you leave it on too long. i had one for my car but every time it rained I took it off cuz thats what the instructions say, otherwise condensation builds up in the paint. I got mine from jcwhitney.com

I got mine from www.carbras.com and I use the whole thing. I already have scratches, dings, and such so I am not worried about any side affects that it may have.

Yes.. car bra sucks.. they don't do what they're suppose to. The closest thing I found that you may want to try if you're really worried about stone chips and all.. is to get those clear film that sticks onto your hood and peels off when they're all scratched up and simply re apply a new sheet. I"ll see if I can find the link.. unless someone already has it.

yeah its called a hood protector when u just have one for the headlights up and a portion of the grill. I put one on my silver 95 SE last year and it kinda warped the paint moderately ..it wasnt too noticeable to others. but it PISSED me off incredibly..but the car is totalled so im not mad ne more ..lol. I don't recommend it ..its too much of a hassle(however u spell it ). I do recommend black headlight covers though..they change the front end alot to get the look ur goin after. Do what u want though..i'm sure u can do it so it doesn't warp the paint..like take it off when it rains and stuff..but like i said..thats alot of work for a big black thing on ur hood..lol. Good luck.

Actually, on the bonneville it looks pretty good either way if it'* put on right. I wouldn't say it looks retarded at all.
