Default Where were they built?

As an American car fanatic I was just wondering in which factories the Bonnevilles were built....

Where would my Canadian-spec 1988 Bonneville SSE have been built?

What other factories (if any) were they built in? And where were the later two generations built?

Thanks guys!

You should be able to find where yours was built by the door sticker. I forget where mine was built (it'* Canadian too). In the US, the Orion Plant in Michigan is one location that I'm aware of. Another is the Buick City plant. The Detroit-Hamtramck plant was where the last ones were built.

2002-Now Hamtramck
?-2001 Orion/Buick City
The Bonnie bounced from Orion to Buick City to Hamtramck . It moved finally to Hamtramck after 108 problems were found per 100 vehichles. I guess they felt workers used to building Caddys could bring the quality back up

It'* a 1.... So I take it it was built in the US?

Which factory in the US? Orion? I'd be interested to know where this plant is located geographically - is it in Michigan?

?-2001 Orion/Buick City
Lake Orion is not the same as Buick City.

Buick City was a plant in Flint, MI (60 miles NW of Detroit, along I-75 at I-69).

Lake Orion is located off M-24, about 40 miles north of Detroit. Located in the town of Lake Orion, MI.

I think he meant that during those years the Bonnes were produced in both plants. He did say that they moved from "Orion to Buick City to Hamtramck."

Quick question...how close if Lake Orion to MaComb?
