Handling.

A car is nothing but a wobbly boat without a good chassis. My true answer is the chassis, not just handling, but there'* no choice for that.

Supsension and handling seems to be the best route, because i know i can have much more fun carving around the corners in a car with mildly built suspension, than i would have with my N/A car with all the bolt-on engine mods, and appearance is way too expensive to jump into right away (rims)
