Some of the things being mentioned are already being worked on or considered. Some are new ideas. Keep them coming, and I'll pass 'em along to the BIG boss.

Thanks Bill. Similar to what we have been talking about already. The layout is the key, to make it MUCH easier to find info.
(FYI, we'll be doing some preliminary work over the holidays on specific articles).

I think that we need a listing of the PN'* similar to ...dare i say it....club GP....i know the info is copyright material and such, but how do they get away with it....I mean their list is pretty good over there.....i sometimes need the info (along with others) and you Bill or Don arnt around.....
and the search is pretty bad if you dont know the exact name of the topic or the author

Well, it'* more complicated for us. We have trademark/copyright licensing through GM, so we kindof hold ourselves to a higher standard. On top of it, the parts list we use was purchased originally by ME, so ultimately, I'd be responsible for copyright violation if it were posted here, and perhaps Jeff himself if it'* hosted on his site. It'* just a chance we don't feel is worth taking.
On a side note EVERY Admin, Moderator and Gearhead has at least a scanned copy of it, in some cases hardcopy.
This way it'* never posted, never used for monetary gain, yet we still have a plethora of people logged on at any given moment with access to it.

Not a prob, Pat. We hashed this out a few times. The distributed copies was the final solution. We just don't want to get mired up in a copyright issue and lose our own rights with GM.
BTW, I have NFC if CGP has the same licensing with GM that we do or not.
