Default Autotap problem

Why won't my Autotap work on my Bonneville? It works on any other car I try it on. It worked fine on my GTP as well. It keeps saying no hardware detected. I've tried reloading the program on my Palm and even bought a new cable. Checked the cig lighter fuse etc. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with the v2 and my 00 (as well as Kendra'* 00). I finally moved to the HP Tuner suite for scanning, much better, faster and more reliable.
