Requesting to come back to the Bonneville Mafia
To the Familia:
Some time ago I sold my 96 SLE for a Monte Carlo, which found itself being traded in on a new Malibu Maxx. I regret selling the SLE as it was a very comfortable, stylish ride (and got COTM on a sister site), and I have wanted another Bonnie to satisfy my longing. But not just any Bonnie. It had to surpass what I had originally. So along comes http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT and I felt deep inside I should bid on it. So I did...and won it. It needs work, but nothing I can't handle (hopefully).
So, I beseech you all....am I worthy enough to come back??

Well, I wasn't here, so I wouldn't know if you are worthy, but if they'll put up with me, then it'* likely that you shouldn't be a problem, lol.
Welcome BACK to BC!
BTW, Where in Orlando? I'm in Deltona, so not far.

Ah, feels good to be back...I'll be posting in the SE Bonnie club too. I actually live in Daytona Beach again, I found that living in Orlando right now is just way too expensive right now, so I do the hour and a half commute to Orlando every day (except Fridays and Saturdays)...it gets old, but with the Bonnie at least I will be comfortable (though the Malibu drives nice enough, it'* killing my warranty). Any ideas on the transmission issue? I won't know much about it until I pick it up, but it sounds classic enough to fix (i.e. not a physical trans problem but something else). I'll post the question elsewhere.
