It'* not bad. You could probably get them to $17,500. The mileage is great, tho.
And it is the best color

Ignore the price tag...you're not paying $1 more than it'* worth.

I just recently bought a loaded '04 LeSabre Limited from a dealership (granted, with higher miles: 53k). They were asking $18k drive off...market value for the car (given options, miles, location, and high CA taxes/fees) would have been about $16.5k drive-off. I got them down to $13.5k drive-off.

Figure out the car'* true market value, then figure out what it'* worth to YOU. Take the lesser of those two values, and knock 15%-20% off. Figure out what taxes, titles, tags, etc. will be for your state at that price and add that, then add $100 in reasonable "dealer fees." We will call this value "X," and this the ABSOLUTE MAX you will pay, drive-off.

Then, call the dealer and say "if I said $X was the most I would pay for that car, drive-off, including ALL tax/title/tag/fees, would it be worth my time to come see it?" If they say "yes" (and they almost always do), then THAT is the new price tag. If they say "no," you've saved yourself the time and trouble of visiting the dealership.

Then, go inspect the car and deduct $$$ from "X" for defects, and that'* your final offer. No haggling required.

20K, its well worth $18k. Heck, I payed $13,500 for my 02 SSEi with 57k and the original price they wanted was $15k
