wow thats NICE truck ya got there..... and them things have CRAZY amounts of power...... my boss at my last job had a 4wd 3500 hd with all kinda mods done to it... blew out his first trans with only 10k on the clock... but he liked doing 4wd burnouts... its sick just hearing that turbo spool up and then all 4 wheels just start spinning.... good look keeping your foot outa it to keep your gas or fuel costs down....

but mercedes diesels are not that bad, I don't think they are as durable as a cummins, but they get really good mileage and they are a very smooth diesel that I know of...
And Leslie, the only crappy transmissions are on the gas rams, those transmissions bite ***. Like I said in my post, they last a long, Long, LONG time if you treat em well.
Nate, you made one hell of a choice. Have fun pulling people out of those ditches. It does have 4WD eh? I hope.

Buying a 2WD is against my religious beliefs....
The Mercedes are alright, but they're really laggy and doggy for a diesel....At least with their medium duty motor. A lot of people don't like them but we'll have to wait and see. Cummins has a 6.7 liter for the '07 model year that I think is an option for the 3500 trucks.....pretty sure I wanna go stomp on a few of them lol....
Anyways, I got the camera out today and got some good pics of it in the day light, so here they are:
