Default Upohlstery Glue

If the cloth on anything in a car starts to sag, which it hasnt, just wondered for future refererence.. Whats the proecedure and tools required to fix it and how do you??
I had a 92 Olds that the cloth in the back sagged like crazy, I totaled the car, so I never fixed it..
