It was a good idea to email them. They told me they had sent me shipping labels, and I gave them a new email address to see if that fixes the issue. I work from 10-4 tomorrow, the exact hours the UPS store is open. Hopefully, this time I won't forget.
So, this seems to be going pretty well. Although they're making out the removal of negative feedback to equal another shipping label, all other things seem fair. In a way, even though I want my money back and some new, good clear corners, I want to see what else
can go wrong.
