Default Best way to fix small exhaust leak?

I have a couple pinhole leaks in front of my cat. What'* the best/easiest way to fix that? Exhaust leak fix wrap stuff, welding, or clamps? What would a Midas charge to fix it?

I have a buddy who manages a midas shop and they use a paste like thing called exhaust tape or something like that. He used it to fix my exhaust leak on my cat weld.

Devcon stainless steel putty will work if you cant weld (ie too much rust, thin metal etc.)

I never had much luck in the past with muffler wrap, but did open up a soup can and used haywire to bind in together for a winter...worked ok?

Unless you're really handy at welding, I would suggest the goop as well.
