Is the oxygen sensor reversed thread? How hard is it to remove one typically?

Not reverse thread, usually pretty tough to get out. Put some penetrating oil on it, then drive for a day. Put some more on when warm, then let the car cool. Then try again.

Use anti-sieze compound on the new one if it didn't have any when shipped. Just a LITTLE.

no its standard it fairly ez just use a wrench or a 02 socket

it more off a common sense issue to take it out( as far as useing penetrating oil)

I just finished doing mine.

The strut tower brace (if you have one) is a good thing to take out. Once that'* done and you have an O2 socket, standing on the passenger side pust away from you. One good push and it should crack loose, providing you used enough penetrating oil.

Socket........10.89 at Advance........money well spent!!!!!
