I checked the ground buses on both sides they seam fine i traced the ground from battery to the block but I cant seam to find the one from the block to the chasis

I've seen where a broken ground wire that runs through the bundle of wires through the door jamb near the hinges up into the door itself for power windows, locks, etc can cause the power windows and seat controll to not work.Happened with one of my Grand Cherokees, PITA the get to sometimes.
But the fuel pump shouldn't be affected by that.

Dan..that ground on the back of the block is just an engine sensor ground. I got into that pretty deep when I was fighting P0171 for a couple months. If a ground is going to cause an issue like this, it'll probably be the ground busses by the door sills or the main ground to the front of the block.
I'd think this is a maxifuse or maxifuse center relay. Most likely something shorted it out.

well I thought that I had it working last night I got it started and ran it for awhile went out today after work and now it wont start. Everything is working including the fuel pump just no start
