Default Top speed limit of a stock 2000 SSEI?
What will a 00 SSEI top out at without any sort of custom computer modification? I think someone is trying to bs me saying it will go 135mph

92-99 SSEi'* top out at 128, since the speed rating of the stock H rated tires is 130. I'd assume the 00+ is the same.

Unless it comes with stock V-rated tires, the max governor is 128 mph.
