Time to get excited... donor car found *PICS*
I've had several people keeping an eye out for a donor car for the 90. I won a salvage auction today for a 97 SSEi with 129K and front end damage. My high bid was $375 but the vehicle had a stipulation that the insurance company must approve the high bid. They first said no and offered it for $575. We declined and waited to see what they would say.
The insurance company later accepted the $375 bid. So with auction fees the bill comes to $505 plus the tow home.
Pics to come tomorrow or Wed.

I will be selling unused parts to fund the conversion. It might be difficult to ship a trunk lid though.
I'm not quite sure of exactly what I'm going to need or what I can use for my 93 so it might be a bit before any parts pop up for sale. I'll keep you in mind

I have been waiting soooo long for someone to do this one. I cannot wait to see the results. Maybe you can whip up some super huge guide while your at it?
Glad you found you car, this should be a fun project. I actually am excited.
