It will help a lot, intake, exhaust and a change in thermostat to 180 instead of 160 is probably recommended.

If you want search around the board here, there is a lot of discussions (past and present) regarding thermostats. 160 vs 180 vs 195 (stock)

I just picked up my 180 T-stat today....
