I don't think they will even bolt up. You would probably have to change the lower intake but I still don't think they will even bolt up.

Here are some pics.
Series I.

M62

M90

Series II


You would have to change the alternator mount so the M90 would fit. You would also have to add the correct harmonic balancer and pullys the M90 needs to run off of. I believe the M62 ran off of main belt where the M90 has its own belt. If you check out the two SC pics you can see that the mounting holes are completely different.

Both M62 and M90 has 2 belts if thats what your refering to. One for the altenator and the other for the */c.

It was made for the 671 Detroit Diesel. LOL BIG!

The M90 is different - longer snout, different air outlets, etc.
