Default supercharged kick

For all you 96+ L67 people, when does you're supercharger kick in. For me it drives like a NA until about about 1/4 throttle then really kicks in. It seems to have three stages of acceleration.
1. Normal- less than 1/4 pedal.
2. Very snappy- 1/4 to 1/2.
3. Insane- 1/2 to WOT.

my moms 97 ssei is about the same as yours...i think its a general kinda thing...the more air you are sucking the faster its gonna be...

my 95 ssei has more power off the line, but you have to consider my mods, and even though i should have about 255 hp, and her stock 240, hers still feels stronger...

Mine kicks in when the sucking sound from the CAI turns in to a fierce whine!

Actually, I have to give it about 1/4 throttle to kick the boost in. The boost is very controllable in my car. When I nail that throttle though, it'* intense.

If I give it any boost from a stop, my tires will cook. I have no traction control.

When I used to mount tires back in the day, I had a customer with a GTP, and he was on his third set of tires.

With 27,000 miles.

No joke.

I realized that giving 1/4 throttle from a stop is no longer an option if I intend to keep my tire tred.
