Here'* another idea, with out being conspicuous.....Ask the jobber at the dealership what the gauge is on the very far right hand side of the dash, if he doesn't say boost, then go "Educate him" if you will ( ) Otherwise have someone else call on the car and ask him if it'* SC'd or not and see if you get a diifferent answer, something tells me that won't work, he could have been "around the block a time or two" Just my 2 cents worth for ya Kyle.
P.*. I love manipulating car salesman.......WAAAAAAY too much fun.....More Fun than any human should be alllowed to have lol. I REALLY pisses them off when you call their bluff on ***^

Yes...Yes...Yes I am....I must say......I luv leading people to walk into their own mess that they created. And then blatantly prove them wrong....I've been around the block with a lot of dealers, and plus my g/f works for a major chevy dealer here in Mn......So she let'* me in on some **** they pull on innocent people.....I'm too rightous to let that happen to people who don't know the difference.....

Exhibit #1 for why I HATE dealerships. I have to believe that the Devil has a special portion of HeII reserved just for them, right next to the lawyers

[quote="Krazy Kyle"], was sure it was a '93, they say they want $3000, plus tax and title, of course quote]
the Auto trader ad says $799 and he told you $3000? I would take the ad in and be like well thats false advertising...maybe you could get something good outta it....thats how I bought my car before the X....dealer wanted $3895 for the car...had it listed in teh paper for $2895....so he had to sell it to me for the $2895 cuz it was his mistake he said so I was like cool then the cd player wouldnt work so he knocked $300 off that..got home and cleaned the cd player and it worked...ahahah....but seriously..take the add if you make the trip to look at the car...and talk to an owner/manager
