Default Scan Tool for OBD 1

I was wondering if there was a scan tool that connected to the computer. I have found this one: http://www.obd-onboarddiagnostics.co...t=2,14,18,16,0 but it seems a little pricy for me. If I could find one that did both, that would be best, but right now I would settle for just OBD 1 so I could trouble shoot the Bonneville.

Any suggestions or comments on what to look for?

Geoff, you must be a mind reader... At this very moment I'm looking for a solution that will do both OBD I & II but have not been having much luck. The only OBD I "complete" packages I've found are the one in your link and this one. There are a few Build-it-yourself websites that offer free software but I'm not sure they are comparable to the others.

Actron from Autozone. Jr's3800, myself, and Damemorder all have them. 82?-93 GM vehicles with the 12-pin, and if you buy the 16 pin cable, it goes up to 95

ironically enough, I have the PC software in the first link. I can do ANY GM vehicle and any OBD2 vehicle with the same setup. I just can't do older OBD1 vehicles (which I don't have, hense, I don't care about that). So far I really like the stuff. I just can't get used to some of the scanners with the little LED readout on them. I prefer the full screen laptop view myself.
