Default Stripped cradle bolt.

I need a fix for this, just got back to the transmission shop and i noticed a clunk in the front end while driving around and accelerating. I looked under and noticed the front passenger side cradle bolt was loose so I attempted to tighten it and not even one turn and the bolt just fell out with little no thread left. I took a gander through the mount and noticed that the nut on the top portion of the mount was smooth with no threads at all. Ill be taking this car back to the shop to get this fixed but I was wondering how serious is this?

Replacing that nut is a real problem. The nut that'* there should be able to be tapped out, then a helicoil put in.

Which car, which position?

The fix is to cut open the part of the body where the nut is and replace the nut.
