Default Grease Fittings

Really gotta crawl under there sometime soon and grease my fittings. I searched around and they are on the wheel bearing assembly and tie rods right?

Questions is: What kind of grease? White Lithium work?

I don't want to use the wrong stuff and then do more harm than good.

They're also on your upper and lower ball joints. There are also fittings at each rear wheel.

White lithium is good. I like to Valvoline Full Synthetic grease. But that'* just me, I'm anal I guess!

Ok, due to some hold ups...I quit for the night. (got grease in my eye...and i ran outta grease in the gun and forgot how to get more in there)

Anywho, so far I have found two on each wheel. I wish I knew my terminology better. So here is the best I can do. On the rear wheels, I found one that has a downward facing zerk, and there is like a small boot that I can see filling up with grease. I just don't know how much to put in there. Then one that faces toward the midline of the car. On the front wheels, I found two as well...

Now I just have to figure out how to change the cartridge in my gun.

I like the Valvoline full synthetic also. Used it on the window tracks of my Formula and they are noticeablly faster. Tried one first and it was deff. faster. Love all Val. products

You didn't have any stock, but hey.

The ones that have the downward facing zerks are the lower ball joints, The ones that have upward facing zerks are the outer tie rods. Find each at each tire and you're done.

I use Pennzoil Chassis Grease.

Grease gun loading is pretty straight up. Pull slider back (I'll stay) unscrew end.. pull old cardboard cartridge out. Insert new (pull one end off before inserting) once tube is in..pull other end off and recap.. release slider
