Question Buying my first SSEI

I am currently in the process of buying a 95' SSEI. So far the owner has been pretty unresponsive to my messages (craigslist for ya). I hope to get pictures from him soon, i'll try to post them up here when I do. I live in Upstate NY and the car is in Perry PA... a six hour drive. So to make as few trips as possible I would like to know if there is any specifics too look for on these cars.

Around 180k on the car. I heard that might be the begining of the end for the supercharger, so what should I look for there? What noises should I be hearing?

I know already it has a cracked rear quarter panel. How hard will it be to find a replacement?

I have a 95 se but as far as i can tell your quarter should be a one peice to your roof and it should be metal, thats how mine is at least, not sure what to tell you about the blower, others here will know what to say, most i know is ask if the supercharger oil has been changed regularly.

That'* what I thought about the quarter panel. His ad says it'* "cracked" froms someone backing into it. And i will ask him if he changed the oil.

Front fenders on 92-95 are a plastic composite and would be prone to cracking. Everything else beyond the bumpers/body cladding is metal though and shouldn't crack.

On the supercharger. It'* relatively easy to rebuild one and the instructions for that should be in Techinfo. Holler if you can't find them etc.

What is he asking for the car because I have a 97 in good shape with about 157k on it looks real good and runs real good just the leather seats are cracking a few minor dings and one good one on the rear windshield pillar not bad at all though.
