i was talking to this guy about cars tonight (mopar fan)and he said that he feels sorry for anybody that owns a Gm car i said idk im happy with my 3800 with a eaton on it he said somethin like a 3800 is a 305v8 minus 2 cylinders? and that they both had camshaft problems i told him they havent made a 305 since like 1992-93ish so what does that have to do with gm cars now

305/ 8 = 38.125ci per cylinder
231/ 6 = 38.5ci per cylinder
5.0/ 8 = .625 liters per cylinder
3.8/ 6 = .633 liters per cylinder
the numbers are close but i doubt if the engineering is the same like the 350 and the 4.3 are
