Is it visible or just on the sealing surface? The sealing surface can be hit with a flap wheel to remove the corrosion and promote a good tire seal.

X2 remove the tire and clean the surface. That should stop the leaking. Other than that, maybe put a few coats of clearcoat on to stop the peeling? You could have them re-dipped but IIRC its expensive to do, almost worth buying new chrome rims. Keep your eye opened for a deal.

you could also media blast them with glass bead or baking soda, or have someone else do it. If the face still looks good just do the bead, but since some of the chrome is coming off it is probably just a matter of time before it starts to look bad and leak.
If you have the whole wheel un-chromed you can paint them or have them powder coated. If you don't do the work yourself, it may be cheaper to buy a different set of wheels.

Bastard: One of the rims are already leaking.

Theres no real way to save the rims unless you get them media blasted and redone, or replace them with a good deal when it comes.
