Default Vinyl top Bonnevilles?

I was looking at my cars build sheet I found vinyl top as one of the things my car was built with (it was not). The code is R07A. Has anybody heard or seen one of these?
I didnt think that was a factory option in 94.
Why would my build sheet say I have a vinyl top, I know for sure it never had that on it.

I have seen a few SE'* with this option, and I have personaly have seen a 99 white SLE, with ghetto golds, tan interior and the tan vinyl top with a pontiac arrowhead symbol on the C pillars, I think that it is also called landow top (sp?)

that car actually looked really good

To the best of my knowledge, the only vinyl tops, Landau tops, or Brougham tops I've seen from 92-99 have all been aftermarket.

I think someone just made a mistake at the factory

Just to be a nit-picker...

A Landau top is the one that only covers the back part of the roof. Kinda hard to imagine that on a Bonne....

There, nit officially picked....

Are those the same tops that are on the Caprice LS?

I know it was an option on the 70'* Caprices. I drove one with a Landau top "back in the day" (my dad'* extra car)

There'* a 1990 Blue Bonnie in my neighborhood with that top. I talked to the guy and he said that the original owner had it added aftermarket. I'm not sure why anyone would care to do that! Seems like it'* another thing to maintain....and vinyl wears quicker than painted sheet metal!
