Should I add the passenger airbag?

Default Should I add the passenger airbag?

I have the dash out of the 94 now (took 2 1/2 hours with my sisters' help) And looking through the FSM, I see I'd have to swap basically the entire SRS system, minus the various sensors. Is there a downside to having the second airbag?

It'll be heavier, i'd say just put your dash cover on, and don't do the second SRS bag on the passenger side. You'd have to rip apart a whole lot more chit then you are anyways...

Don't they save lives in like 98% of accidents though? And the book says it takes a bout 15mph to set them off, I've been in an 85 LeSabre when we hit a traffic pole at 20, wish we had airbags....

How often are you having someone in the passenger seat... That you care about? lol.

I think it'* too dangerous personally to attempt.
