Default Mod or Not To Mod

So i am going to Midwest East/National Meet and there is going to be an INTENSE Mod day...
i wasn't planning on doing anything but i would like to get some opinions... is there anything cheap that i could get done? Should i have somthing done? Help me out here. Thanks

why is it not reccommended?
My guess is the possibility of burnt valves with 92s EGRless desighn. Thats all I can think of.

92-99 inner fender skirts don't protect the filter from road debris and slime like the 2k do.

INTENSE has very little compatible with the Series 1.

True, but some stair guard will fix that problem right quick.

I dont know what the proper name for it is but it'* a thick rubber piece and goes over stairs to help prevent slipping. It'* easier and quicker to screw it in place than it is to design and build a box in the engine compartment. It'* one reason I went to a FWI.
Next time I have my car jacked I'll get some pics and PM them to you.
