Default ZZPerformance coupler

I ordered a ZZPerformance coupler last monday, he told me it would be here friday but nothing came and now its monday and he seems not to respond to any messages. I guess this wouldnt be such a irritating problem but my car is apart and I kind of need it to get to places.

Has anyone else had delayed shipments from them?

The exact opposite of me, where as I really need it =) I called them up and they said if I havent received it by thursday to call them back ?!?!? 11 days after ordering it. He said they probably shipped it out monday when I ordered it but they sent it USPS first class, which didnt make me any happier knowing I paid $8.00 when cost of shipping cost them at most $3.00 with envolope.

But hell, what can you do?

Meh, not really worth it. They seem to be the only hardcore performance site for L67 3800s =/

Scott would have overnighted you another coupler, their customer service is extraordinary.

Unfortunately, I don't think they sell one so you would have had to go to zzp anyway. But for future reference be sure to check both sites for items you need. Also check our www.domesticperformance.com www.pfyc.com www.3800performance.com

Backing a vendor is one thing and I support personal vendor choices, however flaming the competition based on personal feelings is not encouraged.

ZZP and Intense vendor differences should not be the focus here on BC....please. Contact the vendor if you are having problems with them

Thank you

Sorry jim, Although Im not flaming ZZPerformance, Ive talked to many people and I pretty much know that they are the only source for aftermarket couplers. I just didnt like being told last thursday it would be here friday and today being told it might not be here until thursday. Also form having a website selling products I know miscommunication can become a problem, My biggest concern was if they had a reputation for slow shipping times because Id like to get my car back together.

I give ZZPerformance props for actually giving hardcore performance options available to L67 owners...
