Default Where is the mileage stored exactly on the cluster circuit board?

I know the mileage is not stored in the bcm on my particular model because if you put a different cluster in it changes the mileage. I understand the mileage is stored on the speedometer board but I was wondering in which module or chip it is stored in? I have included a pic of my speedometer circuit board and I was hoping someone could describe to me which componet actually stores the mileage? or save the pic paint a pointer to it and repost possibly?
Any help is greatly appreciate!
As for what I am doing is my board mileage screen went out and I cannot just replace the resisors like normal as there are tiny burn spots on it too bad to reinstall resisors so I am getting a new board but would like to transfer my mileage information to the new board as to not jepordize the mileage accuracy on my car. I am highly advance with sodering and boards so I don't think it will be an issue to r&r the storage spot if I just knew where it was located?
Thanks!!!!

Is there a small PCB board that'* separate from the main board and appears to be attached via pins?
