The metal lines on the drivers side are usually for an oil cooler, while the ones on the passanger side is for the transmission cooler. The level sensor is for your DIC to indicate low coolant. If you are having trouble locating a '3 Core' radiator <what you have> in a junk yard, you may have to go new.

In 97 the 4t65E tranmission was put into service on the SC'd cars. This marked the end of the oil cooler lines. Odd that oil cooler would stop with the addition of a different trans, but apparently the second year of the engine was found to run easier and cooler and the lines were discontinued.
