Does anyone know if/where I can download a PDF or any other file type copy of the service repair manual for a 2000 Bonneville?????

Don't know about free. But you can try Ebay, look for a factory service manual. I've seen some of them come on CD.

I ended up buying the FSM from http://www.books4cars.com
Factory new set and covers H-Platform for 2000.
