Default Question on a no heat problem!

I have a 1998 Bonneville Se and I just got a new Upper Plenum and Gasket along with new plugs and wires and oil change coolant flush and bleed. The thing is my heat is still not working. The climate control flashes and the heat is like it'* tryin to work but goes from hot to cold and does not work right> Any Suggestions?
