Yeah, ALL Japanese cars lost horsepower (with the exception of th Infiniti something) to the tune of between 10-30 hp. The RSX Type-* was one of the biggest losers going from "210 hp" down to 165-170. Which makes sense, seeing as how a Type-* (around here) runs about a full second slower than a Cobalt SS/SC and SRT-4 (which have 227hp and 230hp, under the new system, SRT-4 hasn't been re-tested yet).
Good news for Detriot! And sure clears up a lot of confusion for me (like, how can a Celica GTS have "180hp" and still be so damn slow?)
