Default Question about A/C

So i was out getting stuff for my Mom'* Birthday party. I noticed that with the A/C on I could barely Spin the tires With the A/C on.. Question is Should the Air suck this much HP out of the bottom end or could this be contributed to my dieseling problem ??

P.* the dieseling problem has been addressed and will be rectified in the very near future.
