Default Projects for my car..

I'm planning on doing some stuff to the car i'm gonna hold of on audio, cause when i get speakers they are going to be amped right away and i'm doing all at once. I expect a $500 minimum for that (too much now) I'm thinking of some small mods to do now that will be nice. How much and were are wood grain dash kits? WIll that also do the window switches etc? I don't wanna do just the one piece. I was also thinking of doing some sort of light upgrade, my fogs aren't positioned just right and i'm not sure if i wanna swap them to angels now cause of my bumper cover not on right. If it'* not on I don't wanna fab new brackets and have it shift or get fixed. Silverstars the best for low beams? I LOVE white light from headlights. I also am tempted to do the tail tinting now, and i know that summit is the only online retailer of the stuff, and i'll need a clear coat to protect it. Should i tint before winter?

The ADTR'* sound like they are coming along though, so i don't wanna blow too much money before that, and I could probably find some other ways to spend money (on my mp3 server) so i dunno. If you have any suggestions lemme know! I've also got access to a dremel so maybe i'll clear them out, i'd have to get ahold of some caulk though first.
