If you like to overspend on tires that are to hard, get Michelin. If you like tires that are to soft, get Goodyear.

A lot of us like BF Goodrich.

You're going to get so many recommendations that it won't be any help at all.
You need to put down some priorities first.
Cost? How much are you looking to spend?
Type? All-season, summer, winter?
Performance? Do you want a quiet tire? Long life tread? Good traction?
There'* all sorts of options. The best thing I've found is to pick a brand and look into the tires they offer and choose what best suits your needs.
One man'* drag slick is another'* winter tire.
