SC SSE'* and SLE'* in the previous generation didn't have a boost gauge either. They have voltmeters. My SLE is like this.
However, this is a swap. I'm familiar with that car and owner at PDXCGP, but never bothered to ask, since an L67 wasn't a factory option in an SLE after 1997.
