WTF man, justwtf...
Took a walk around the car the other day and found a dried up clump of chewing tobacco on my spoiler. . I just don't get it, what the hell did I do man? How does the world go 'round with people like that running around. Really fucked up my whole day. Guess there'* a price to owning a nice car in Alabama.
The pic is after I sprayed some solvent on it.
And on top of that I was driving today and I glance at my speedo and at that very second the Service Engine light comes on. So Charlotte doesn't like the new Hi flo cat, so I guess I'll end up putting a bigger one on when I put in a 3 inch exhaust all the way through. It pisses me off tho, it said it was OBD2 compliant.

Wow, that really sucks!
Do you lose your rear O2 sensor with that new cat? If you did, and didn't get a rear O2 simulator or the DTC for it disabled it would throw a light.

I scanned it already, it was some catalyst-not-working-too-well code. So I'll either get a simulator or get a bigger cat.

All the rear O2 does is make sure the cat is "healthy" and if that sensor is missing it assumes the worst. It sounds like you don't have one then based on that last post? Simulators are way cheaper than a whole new cat.
Otherwise, if you plan on getting a performance PCM you can opt to have that code disabled.

sensor is still there, the new cat just isn't good enough (even thought it says right on the box in my trunk that it is.
