now, that to me doesnt look like any american racing centercap ive ever seen.. if noone can help you identify it, you could try looking at the backside of the wheel.. you can sometimes find clues there, either catalog numbers or make/style sometimes aswell

For some reason.....the word Regency comes to mind.....Prolly not right but I figured that couldn't hurt.
