I would love to meet up, but it depends on the day. I will PM you regarding details on meeting in Fresno or Coarsegold. The gauges are a go once I decide who I will go with. I will also inquire about color options.

I have 1 person who bought into the pillars. The rest talked about it. The main reason is most people were waiting for this mock up. So was I. From the response on this site we have about 12-14people who are interested. That’* about half way. The system I am going to work with is: buy the product and when all the orders are filled you get it. I understand with drop coils its harder to make happen but $46.00 for the pods, I figure its not as much of a big deal. This way when you look on the site and see that there is 15 products left to be purchased you will know they are people who are not going to change there mind. Most people are afraid to be on a list so they wait and wait...and it never happens. Once things get rolling I will buy sets, but this unit will cost me over 1300.00 just for 30 pillars from the 93-97 product. Then comes the 87-91, another 1300.00. So for 15 to 20 people I would have to spend 2600.00. So this education on product production is not to complain, but to let you know why these guys are reluctant and why we need people to get involved its the only way you can get product for our cars. So spread the word. I am willing to buy a few to help along I am willing to buy about 5 of them. So we would need approximately 25 orders. That’* around 6-8 more people.

Ty, I'm in on the A-pillar. Get that money part going, and let us know so I can cash in.
If you build it, they will come!

this is just an idea, but maybe you could get enough for people that want them here, then just take the rest that are left over (30-xmembers=ebay) and sell them on ebay. That way everyone will benefit.

I am going to push them all over the place including a few places around my hometown. The main reason there was no push of the product was because I was waiting for the 'mockup". I will still follow through with the product but the next time if I have a choice I will not work with Lotek. Once is all it takes. There product is great but to blow us off like that is not cool at all. Very bad business. Anyway I will make it happen and even if there is not enough interest eventually I will do the run myself. That will be quite some time. To help advertise the product you can post a link at sites with Bonneville’* (I here Bonneville club is a good one). I want to wait until the beginning of next month to advertise because that is when I set up my credit card option.

TTT

This is just for people who had questions about the pillar pod option.

I have a new guy making molds and getting an option available.
Oh and this guy will provide pictures and a mock up that we will try out on many different cars. I want to be sure this works perfectly.

Well as for the gauges that will be up to you guys and I will use the same gauge sizes used by the GP pillar so it will be easy to find parts that match our wiring and formats. That was my easy way out. If you want something special now is the time to ask.

I can't really think of anything...I have a tach, oil pressure, coolant temp gage, voltmeter, speedo (duh..obviously..heh heh)...

Hmmm, I will think about this, it will be interesting to see what others come up with...

Lets hear it

Are the gages in the pod backlit to match the 194-R'* the Bonnevilles use?

Boost, Trans temp are the two obvious choices.

Possibly O2 sensor read out as well or EGT if you build a turbo car.

The three that I think I would go with are Volts, KR, and Tranny Temp. Probably gonna get some that will help me keep my car running strong so I don't frag the engine.
