I use the factory oem delco platinums... but most of the guys order in the cooler range autolight 104s i think... maybe 106s... they work well if your modding...
if staying stock and have the $$$ id go with the delcos and delco wires... dont go with aftermarket wires unless you put out for the msd'*... ive tried 3 different brands between o'riellys and autozone and they didnt work as well as the ac delcos... going with msds next... but its just preferrence really

Plug and gap should be determined by the mods if any that are on the motor.

You want to run the hottest plug with biggest gap w/o causing KR. This means if you can, run the stock plug. Starting to mod, it might be time to pull back to a Autolite 605 or something along those lines.

Thanks guys,I ended up with the 104 coppers and of course forgot to tell the guy .50 and he gapped them at .60 which is what the sticker on the car reads and it seems to be fine.

I have no mods besides a jetchip.

I believe stock gap is .060. You'll be fine!

The gap is fine, but with no mods 104 is a bit cold, the 605 would have been a better choice.
